Compliance-focused AU email & SMS platform (Constant Contact)

Vision6 (Vision 6 Pty Ltd, ABN 23 099 766 499) is a Brisbane-based email and SMS marketing platform founded in 2001 and owned by Constant Contact since April 2022, now marketed as 'Vision6 by Constant Contact' for government, finance, education, healthcare and other regulated organisations. It is email-first: SMS is an add-on bought as prepaid SMS credits (AUD ex GST, Australian mobile numbers only) on a published volume table from $0.097 down to $0.076 per credit, with quotes above 100,000 credits and SMS unavailable on trial accounts. SMS features include batch and transactional SMS (REST API), personalisation, scheduling, SMS-triggered automations, reply capture via the shared system number or a dedicated virtual number ($35/month incl. GST plus $70 setup in Australia), alphanumeric Sender IDs (Vision6 is a participating originating provider on the ACMA SMS Sender ID Register) and automatic STOP/link opt-outs. Differentiators are onshore data storage in a Tier IV ISO 27001 data centre in Brisbane (NextDC), ISO 27001:2022 certification, SSO, MFA, IP restrictions, message approvals, Command Centre sub-account management and Australian-based support in AEST business hours. There is no MMS, RCS, WhatsApp or international SMS coverage on the standard platform.
