The platform offers web-based SMS broadcasts, two-way conversations, templates, personalisation, contact lists, email-to-SMS, scheduling and live campaign reporting, plus a REST API with .NET and Node.js SDKs and signed webhooks. Pricing is a flat AUD 0.05 per SMS part at every volume, paid from a prepaid wallet (minimum $10 top-up per transaction, funds never expire, no lock-in), with failed messages refunded. MMS costs $0.30 per message and virtual numbers $17.50 per month.
