IntelliSMS is the trading name of FUJIFILM Secure Messaging Services Pty Ltd (Intelli Messaging, formerly Smart Messaging Services), an Australian application-to-person SMS provider in the market since 1999 and a wholly owned subsidiary of FUJIFILM Data Management Solutions since June 2022. It offers a self-service web portal (simple send, bulk CSV/Excel send, keywords, SMS live chat, email to SMS, NPS surveys, scheduling and role-based users), MMS, dedicated Australian virtual numbers, HLR number lookup, an OTP/2FA service, and REST, SOAP, SMPP and email gateway APIs with webhooks, plus integrations for Pipedrive, Zapier and Constant Contact/SharpSpring. Customers can buy prepaid credits that do not expire or use post-paid monthly invoicing, with no lock-in contract. IntelliSMS does not publish general per-message rates; retail prices appear only inside a logged-in account or on request, although its Pipedrive integration lists AUD 0.06 per credit ex GST plus a $29.95 (up to 5 users) or $49.95 (over 5 users) monthly subscription. It also runs managed SMS marketing campaigns and a reseller/white-label gateway, and publishes TCP Code Critical Information Summaries and ACMA Sender ID Register guidance.
